Join Two Two One Mental Health Charity for the Psychological Wellbeing Forum 2026 — a full day of practical conversations about creating healthier, safer and more inclusive workplaces.
Bringing together experts, lived experience and workplace leaders, the forum will explore some of the biggest issues affecting psychological wellbeing at work and, importantly, what we can do about them.
Across the day we’ll explore:
• The psychology of stress and how it impacts us at work
• Psychosocial hazards and what managers and workplaces need to know
• Supporting and communicating with neurodivergent staff
• Positive duty and reasonable workplace adjustments
• Working across cultures and building more inclusive workplaces
• Lived experience of mental health in the workplace
• Practical psychosocial hazard self-assessment

Plus a lived experience speaker.
The day will be MC’d by Jahdai Vigona from the One Percent Program, with opportunities for networking, connection and brain breaks throughout the day.
This forum is for managers, team leaders, HR and WHS professionals, wellbeing staff, community sector professionals and anyone interested in creating mentally healthier workplaces.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of psychosocial risks, practical strategies for supporting people at work, and tools and ideas you can take back to your own workplace.
