About this Event
✨ Psychic Breath
Breathwork is the practice of using intentional, conscious breathing techniques to shift your state, physically, emotionally, and energetically. It's simple, it's ancient, and it works.
A weekly group session exploring centuries-old breath technologies to open, cleanse, and harmonize the subtle energetic bodies and psychic channels. Each week is grounded in a pranayama or conscious breathwork technique that supports the release of energetic debris, creating space for heightened intuition and an amplified flow of spiritual energy throughout your entire being.
