About this Event
Psychedelic Breathwork & Art begins from a specific moment in life when something needs attention, opening a more direct relationship with the body, emotions, and whatever needs space. Somatic work, Psychedelic Breathwork, and art therapy support that process, encouraging emotional release, clarity, and embodied integration.
This session is part of Auralma, where I support personal processes that can be approached in different ways depending on what each person is going through and how deeply they want to enter the work. Some sessions focus on the body and breath, while others offer deeper 1:1 work connected with expanded states and their integration.
