📅 WHEN: Tuesday October 13, 2026, 1:00pm (Daniel A. Miller’s court appearance at 2:00)
🐾 THE CAUSE: The ODA failed 72 dogs seized from Miller's kennel by relicensing his operation despite known concerns since 2018.
✊ OUR DEMAND: We are standing together to demand stronger protections and the creation of a dedicated Ohio Department of Companion Animals for proper breeder oversight.
Bring protest signs and banners with large letters, thick markers, and bright colors.
Suggested message: focus signs on ODA accountability and puppy mill reform. Avoid signs naming Miller because the criminal case is pending, he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
