8.50am – Race briefing (ALL competitors must attend)

200m Swim → 6km Mountain Bike → 1km Run
Complete the course three times continuously.
👥 Team Options
Team Tag Tri
Each team member completes a full triathlon before tagging the next person on the beach.
Team Tri
A specialist swimmer, cyclist and runner alternate, completing each discipline three times in race order.
Loose Cannons
Want to complete all nine stages yourself? Or get eight friends together and do one stage each? Or mix it up? Go for it!
