Learn how to set irregularly shaped objects with prongs. Skills include drilling, soldering, sawing, bail making, and hardening the prongs. This technique can be used with faceted stones and other objects with challenging shapes, such as sea glass, antique coins, enamel art, shells, broken pottery, fossils and more. Silver and objects provided.* Closed-toed shoes are required in the jewelry studio. Protective eyewear must be worn when using equipment or performing processes that require eye protection. Safety goggles are provided, though participants are welcome to bring their own.
