Participants will learn techniques for framing requests, providing context, refining outputs, and using conversational approaches that allow AI to gather information like a skilled junior colleague. Through safety-related exercises, attendees will practice transforming generic responses into tailored solutions for their organizations. By mastering the art of prompting, participants will dramatically improve the relevance, accuracy, and usefulness of AI-generated content.
