AI is changing the way Business Analysts work—and those who know how to ask the right questions are the ones getting the most out of it. In this interactive and practical session, you’ll learn how to write and refine AI prompts that actually work for your business analysis tasks. Whether you're documenting requirements, analyzing feedback, summarizing stakeholder input, or preparing project deliverables, the key to unlocking AI’s full potential lies in how you communicate with it.Designed for BAs of all experience levels, this session focuses on the art of prompting—how to phrase, adjust, and evolve your inputs so that generative AI tools like ChatGPT can help you move faster and think deeper. You’ll see live demonstrations of how small changes in prompt wording can lead to dramatically different outputs, and you’ll learn techniques to guide AI conversations that mirror the clarity and structure BAs bring to stakeholder interviews, process models, and user stories.
At the heart of business analysis is asking good questions—and this session celebrates that superpower. You’ll have the chance to bring your own real-world questions and challenges, and together we’ll explore how to turn those into effective prompts that generate useful, reliable results.
Come ready to learn, try, and ask better questions—because the better your prompt, the better your analysis.
