"Y2K Dance with Alexis" is a high-energy cardio dance party to the hits of the Y2K era. Sweat, sing along, and hit your best throwback moves, then finish with a yoga flow to cool down, stretch, and reset.
"Cardio Blast with Gemma" A Dynamic blend of dance movement and kickboxing-inspired cardio for total body conditioning.
