Subject: Invitation to Serve Our Veterans – 14th Annual Pre-Thanksgiving Outreach Event
Dear Community Partner,
Project Street Outreach (PSO) Inc. would like to extend an invitation to nonprofit organizations, businesses, churches, civic clubs, community groups, and service providers that provide services or resources benefiting Veterans, active-duty service members, and military families.
We invite you to join us as a resource vendor/community partner for our:
14th Annual Pre-Thanksgiving Veteran & Military Family Outreach Event
Saturday, November 21, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
North Charleston Fire Museum and Educational Center
4975 Centre Pointe Drive, North Charleston, SC 29418
Our annual event serves homeless and at-risk Veterans, active-duty service members, and their immediate families, bringing resources directly to those who may need them most.
We are particularly interested in organizations that can provide wraparound services for Veterans who are unhoused, experiencing hardship, or need assistance identifying and accessing VA benefits and other services for which they may qualify.
There is no vendor fee. We simply ask that everything provided to our Veterans and military families on the day of the event be completely FREE OF CHARGE. This is a day of service—not a sales or solicitation event.
If your organization, business, church, club, or group provides services or resources that could benefit our Veterans and military families, we would be honored to have you join us.
Please reply by email to 🇺🇸 [email protected]🇺🇸
with the name of your organization, the services/resources you provide, and the name and contact information of the person who will represent your organization that day.
Our event flyer is attached for additional information. Please feel free to share it with others in your network who may also be interested in serving.
Thank you for helping us continue to put our “Boots on the Ground, Leaving No Veteran Behind.”
Warm regards,
