✨ NEW CLASS!!! ✨📅 Sunday, November 22
⏰ 2:00–4:00 PM
🌱 $25/person
I’m so excited to add something a little different to our journaling classes: Fitness Journaling! 💪📓
And before you think, “Oh, this is probably only for gym people…” —— nope. 😂
Fitness journaling can be for anyone who wants to become more intentional about their health, movement, strength, habits, and overall well-being.
During this class, we’ll explore ways you can use a journal to:
• set realistic fitness and wellness goals
• track workouts, movement, habits, and progress
• notice patterns in your energy, motivation, and routines
• celebrate progress that has nothing to do with the number on a scale
• reflect on what is working; and what isn’t
• create a fitness journal that actually works for your life
If you’re completely new to journaling, I do recommend attending my Beginner Journaling Class first if you can. It’s not required for the Fitness Journaling Class, but it gives you a really good foundation for finding your own journaling style and getting comfortable with putting things on paper without worrying about doing it “right.”
And there’s a reason I scheduled this class for November 15. 👀
Black Friday and Christmas sales will be right around the corner, so if you discover notebooks, pens, trackers, or other tools you’d like to use, you’ll have plenty of time to shop thoughtfully instead of buying everything first and figuring it out later. 😂
It also gives us time before 2027 to think about what we actually want from the new year.
You absolutely do not have to wait until January 1 to start working toward a goal. But there is something about a fresh year that makes many of us want to reset, make resolutions, open a brand-new notebook, and say, “Okay. What do I want this year to look like?”
My hope is that this class helps you answer that question before January gets here, and gives you a journaling system you can actually carry with you into 2027. 🤎
