PMI South Alabama Professional Leadership Summit 2026How Do You PIP?
Saturday, November 7, 2026
9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Montgomery, Alabama
STOP. Before you step into 2027, do your PIP.
PIP represents three essential responsibilities of modern leadership:
People: How do people experience your leadership?
Innovation: How do you lead through emerging tools, new ideas, and change?
Performance: How do you define success, measure value, and deliver meaningful outcomes?
The PMI South Alabama Professional Leadership Summit is a full-day, interactive experience for professionals and college students who lead people, projects, change, initiatives, or outcomes.
You do not need “Project Manager” in your title to participate. If you coordinate work, organize resources, guide a team, solve problems, introduce change, or move ideas toward results, this Summit is for you.
Two Learning Tracks
Professional Track
People Are the Project: Leading Trust, Talent, and Accountability
Innovation with Intention: Leading the Right Change at the Right Time
College Student Track
Lead Before the Title: Building Your Voice, Your Team, and Your Professional Relationships
From Idea to Impact: Using AI, Creativity, and Project Skills to Build What Comes Next
Both tracks will reunite for:
Lunch and Learn Panel: Beyond Delivery: Who Decides Whether a Project Was Successful?
Closing Integration Keynote: PIP in Practice: Leading at the Intersection of People, Innovation, and Performance
The PIP Leadership Passport and personal 30-day action plan
Breakfast and lunch will be included.
Guided by PMI South Alabama’s 2026 theme, Building Bold Bridges, this Summit will connect professionals, students, industries, colleges, and communities through shared leadership development.
Building, we bond. Boldly, we lead. Bridging, we belong.
