On September 28th, the City Council will officially present the proclamation recognizing September 29th as "Joeylin Day."
Joeylin had a heart for serving others, a love for reading and learning, and a dream of becoming a teacher. Though her time with us was far too short, her kindness and compassion continue to inspire our community every day.
