**Birthing Our Essence** *A Three-Day Womb Surround Process Workshop*
**October 16–18**, 2026
**December 4-6**2026
**January 8-10** 2027
So much of who we become begins long before we have words.
Our earliest experiences of conception, life in the womb, birth, bonding, separation, and early infancy can shape the ways we meet relationship, belonging, safety, intimacy, choice, and even our own sense of self.
A Womb Surround is a gentle, small-group process rooted in Pre- and Perinatal Psychology and somatic work. Over three days, we create a carefully held relational space where these early developmental patterns can be explored through the body, at a pace that honours each person’s capacity.
This work is not about trying to force a memory or “fix” the past.
It is about becoming curious about what your system learned very early, noticing what may still be asking for support, and allowing something new to become possible in the present.
Through embodied awareness, relational presence, compassionate inquiry, and the support of the group, we make room for experiences that may not have been available the first time: more time, more choice, more support, more connection, and the experience of being met.
For me, this work is deeply connected to **differentiation**: discovering where the adaptations we developed belong to our history, and where our own essential self begins to emerge underneath them.
There can be something profoundly beautiful about meeting these young places without needing to push them away or become consumed by them.
Simply meeting them differently.
And from there, allowing more of ourselves to come forward.
