Private Rented Sector Stakeholder Workshop- Help shape the future of housing in Bolton
Bolton Council is currently developing a new Housing Strategy and Supported Housing Strategy for the borough. As a valued stakeholder within the Private Rented Sector (PRS), we would like to invite you to attend an in-person workshop to share your views, experiences and expertise.
This workshop will explore:
- Current challenges and opportunities within Bolton's Private Rented Sector.
- The role of the PRS in meeting local housing and supported housing needs.
- The impact of emerging legislation and market changes.
- Priorities for improving housing outcomes and partnership working.
- Key considerations for Bolton's future Housing Strategy and Supported Housing Strategy.
Places are limited to 50 attendees and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
