About this Event
Are you thinking about starting a print business or ready to turn your creative side hustle into something more?
Join Vibrant Print Solutions for Print & Make Lab, a free, guided workshop designed for aspiring print business owners, makers, entrepreneurs and new shops who want to explore different ways to build a business with print.
This isn’t your typical printer open house. Instead of walking around a showroom trying to figure out what everything does, we’ll guide you through three different print applications and workflows in a structured rotation, so you can see how each process works, what you can create and which direction may make the most sense for your business.
See it. Make it. Learn the workflow.
Attendees will rotate through three live demonstration stations focused on:
APPAREL
Explore DTF and DTG printing, see the processes in action and learn why a business may choose one workflow over another.
PRINT & CUT
See how stickers, decals, signs and graphics go from a digital file to a finished product using professional print-and-cut equipment. Learn the differences between UV and solvent.
UV + CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Explore UV and UV-DTF applications and see how businesses create personalized products, promotional items, signage and more.
At each station, members of the VPS team and industry experts will walk through the workflow, demonstrate equipment live, show finished samples and answer questions.
You’ll get to:
- See multiple print workflows in action
- Learn the differences between popular printing processes
- Explore products you could offer your customers
- See and feel real printed samples
- Ask questions directly to print-industry professionals
- Learn what to consider before investing in equipment
- Connect with other local makers and entrepreneurs
No print experience is required. Whether you’re researching your first business idea, currently creating from home, outsourcing your printing, or looking to take your operation to the next level, Print & Make Lab is designed to help you understand what’s possible before deciding what’s right for you.
