Join the 2025 Louisiana State High School Principal of the Year for an engaging, collaborative professional learning experience designed specifically for experienced principals serving high school students.
This is more than a professional learning event, it is a chance to spend intentional time learning with, from, and alongside other experienced principals.

BUILDING CAPACITY IN YOUR FACULTY & STAFF
Explore strategies for developing teacher leaders, strengthening instructional practices, empowering faculty and staff, and creating a culture of continuous professional growth and learning.
STRATEGIC GOAL SETTING
Examine ways to establish meaningful goals, align priorities, monitor progress, and build collective ownership around the work that matters most for your school and students.
Bring Your Problem of Practice
Come prepared to share a problem of practice—a current challenge, question, or leadership issue you are navigating in your school.
Through collaborative discussion and peer feedback, participants will have the opportunity to gain new perspectives, practical strategies, and actionable next steps.
