Join us as we break ground on PrimeCare Community Health’s new Hermosa Health Center, an exciting milestone in expanding access to high-quality, affordable health care and creating a new community resource for Hermosa and surrounding Northwest Side neighborhoods.
Celebrate alongside PrimeCare leadership, community partners, elected officials, and neighbors as we take this important step toward bringing more care closer to home. The celebration will include brief remarks, a ceremonial groundbreaking, and light refreshments provided by local favorite Guadalajara Bakery.
This celebration is open to all community members, and we look forward to sharing this special moment with our neighbors!

Entrance: Please enter near the intersection of N. Kenton Avenue and W. Fullerton Avenue.
RSVP: Please register by Friday, November 6, and include everyone attending with you in your reservation so we can plan accordingly.
Arrival: Guest check-in begins at 8:40 a.m. The formal program will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m., with opportunities for refreshments and networking afterward.
Weather: This event will take place outdoors. Please dress appropriately for November weather.
Parking: Limited parking is available nearby at Señor Pan, 4612 W. Fullerton Ave., as well as on Kenton next to the building. We encourage guests to allow additional time for parking and check-in.
