𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲 – 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟕 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫Welcome to an evening where the body leads.
Primal Play is a wordless, embodied practice of meeting. We follow our impulses in contact with others, without goals and without expectations about what should happen. A meeting can be wild or still, playful or serious, open or closed. Whatever wants to be expressed is welcome.
After a short warm-up to land in the body, we spend most of the evening in Primal Play, moving from pairs to the whole group.
This is a non-sexual, fully clothed space, and everything is optional. Part of the practice is sensing your boundaries and expressing them. A clear no is as welcome as a yes. You can always pause, witness, or step aside.
This evening is for those with some experience of inner work and/or body-based practices. We'll move into Primal Play fairly quickly, without a long build-up, so it helps to already be familiar with sensing and expressing your boundaries. Unsure if it's for you? Get in touch.

𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬
𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠 is a certified facilitator in Transformational Connection (formerly Circling Europe) and has completed The Intimacy Training with Buster Rådvik, where Primal Play is one of the foundational methods. She leads Primal Play and studies psychology, with a deep interest in self-leadership, feminine leadership and presence.
Curious about what it means to be human, she explores contact with the body, presence, and meeting oneself and others. How can we be different, stay rooted in our own integrity, and still truly meet?
𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬-𝐋𝐮𝐤𝐚𝐬 𝐋ö𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐝 is a facilitator and coach. He works with embodied myth, ritual theatre and tantric embodiment, and regularly explores with a colleague how inner worlds can take shape in the body. Alongside this is a personal exploration of clowning and improvisation. He has completed The Intimacy Training with Buster Rådvik and leads Primal Play. At the heart of his work is re-enchanting reality and opening the mythopoetic layer within and between us, and he sees Primal Play as one path there, where the body speaks a language older than words.
