We’ll begin by setting an intention around “What would you like to receive today?” followed by a gentle Primal Heart-Opening Yoga Flow.
During our Snack & Learn, we’ll explore simple heart-opening and nervous-system reset tools you can bring into everyday life.
We’ll end the afternoon by moving from doing into receiving with a beautiful heart-opening meditation and immersive gong bath.
