✨We’re back! And we can't wait to dance with you again soon!If it feels like FOREVER since we’ve danced together, that’s because we've been on an epic road trip out West and now that we're back, we're excited to engage with you in that powerful energy of moving our bodies, dancing with the earth and enjoying the wonder of being ALIVE!
✨Welcome to a 90-minute barefoot journey of freestyle movement with light guidance, carried by a curated flow of music that moves you from slow and reflective… to wild and uninhibited… and gently back to calm and integration. All of it held in community with like-hearted others.
✨No experience needed. No right way to do it. Just you, the music, and whatever wants to move.
✨Does your body want to come and let loose?!
