About this Event
When working in a corporate role, we are used to evaluating our worth based on standard market salaries, our job title, and our years of experience. The market dictates the price tag.
But what happens when you start consulting, advising, or freelancing? How do you price your services independently so that they reflect your true value, remain competitive, and feel right to you?
Pricing your own expertise is often one of the biggest hurdles when building a portfolio career. That is why we are dedicating the second session of our Fall 2026 series, Portfolio Career: Going Beyond Corporate, exactly to this challenge.
Join us on Saturday, 17 October, for Pricing Strategy, a practical workshop led by Dr. Gaby Wiegran.
Dr. Wiegran is a Startup Coach, an exited founder with 24 years of experience, and a pricing strategy expert. After starting her career in consulting at McKinsey and Bain, she co-founded the startup Vocatus in 2000, grew it to 60 employees, and successfully sold it to Accenture in 2024.
She is known for asking uncomfortable questions that challenge business models for the better – and she will bring that same ruthless clarity to helping you price your expertise.
In this session, you will learn:
💡 How to shift from a "salary mindset" to an "expert pricing mindset"
💡 The key factors and frameworks to consider when setting your rates
💡 How to communicate your price confidently to potential clients
💡 How to create a professional pricing policy that matches the value you deliver
Stop guessing your worth. Learn how to price it strategically.
