Price it Righ: CMA Strategies for REALTORS®
This course teaches real estate license holders how to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis to help buyers and sellers make informed pricing decisions. Agents will learn how to select comparable properties, evaluate key property differences, make reasonable adjustments, analyze market data, and organize the information into a clear CMA. The course also covers common CMA mistakes and how to explain pricing recommendations to clients.
