We're kicking off the phased opening of our new market at 250 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, with a series of Preview Market Days!Ahead of our Saturday, Dec. 5 opening day, everyone is welcome to shop with us:
Thursdays (Oct. 1, 15, 29 and Nov. 12) from 4-7 pm
Saturdays (Oct. 3 - Nov. 14) from 9 am - noon
The Thursday events will feature an exciting selection of some of the local vendors whose products will be featured in our store. Come shop with them! Scheduled to attend include Fresh Tofu, Bub's Breads, Keystone Cheese, Primordia Farm, High Point Kombucha, Dragonfly Hill Farm, Meadow View Beekeeping, and more!
Shoppers can also tour our beautiful new store, get info about the co-op and becoming a member-owner, buy co-op merch, and connect with like-minded neighbors.
On Saturdays, shoppers can pick up their pre-ordered grocery box featuring locally-sourced produce, meat, dairy, and non-perishables (note that each week's box will have different items). Check back here for ordering information!
Co-op member-owners are encouraged to participate in our Member-Owner Buy-In Challenge - we want to see each household and organization make a purchase prior to our opening. This support will help us build the momentum we need to have a successful opening.
