**DC's Favorite R&B party "Pretty Girls Love RnB" is back for good on a Friday at 12 Stories. This party is dedicated to celebrating different eras of RnB. We're calling all our RnB lovers for this one.****Join us on Friday, September 25th, 2026 at 8:30 PM at 12 Stories Rooftop, overlooking the water. The evening kicks off with a happy hour and live band experience from DC’s favorite band, the House Band on the drums and guitar, and CJ Saylor on saxophone. Then from 10:30 PM to close, our DJs take you on a journey through the eras of R&B, from classics to contemporary vibes.**
**You may end up texting that ex you haven’t spoken to in months, accepting a drink from the guy across the bar, or singing arm to arm with your friends. Regardless, one thing’s for sure. You’re guaranteed to have an unforgettable night.**
