PRESTON BRAND DAY – SATURDAY 17TH OCTOBER 2026We’ve got a big day planned at Independent Fishing Tackle as Preston Innovations, Korum, Sonubaits and Avid Carp join us for our Preston Brand Day.
With four brands covering match, coarse, specialist and carp fishing, there’ll be plenty to see and plenty of people to speak to throughout the day.
Preston Innovations cover just about every aspect of modern match and coarse fishing, from pole and float fishing through to feeder fishing, with rods, poles, reels, seatboxes, luggage, terminal tackle and accessories across the range.
Korum bring the specialist side, with tackle purpose-built for the likes of barbel and chub fishing on rivers, along with specimen bream, tench and other stillwater fishing.
Sonubaits will be representing their huge bait range, covering everything from silvers and commercial carp through to specimen and barbel fishing. Their groundbaits, pellets and hookbaits are some of the most popular baits we sell through the shop.
And Avid Carp complete the line-up, covering carp fishing with rods, reels, luggage, beds, bivvies, terminal tackle and plenty more.
We’ve also got some cracking special guests confirmed already:
Des Shipp
Andy May
Mark Dunwell
With more still to be announced.
The whole idea of the day is to give you the chance to come in, see the gear properly, speak to people who know it inside out, ask questions, pick up a few tips or simply have a good chat about fishing.
And yes… the famous hog roast will be back too.
We’ll also have 200 FREE GOODY BAGS available, with a choice of:
Match / Coarse
Specialist
Carp
Goody bags must be pre-reserved through our website. Once each allocation has gone, it’s gone.
