This in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to shake off stress and groove to some exciting beats. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, come and enjoy a lively workout filled with energy and good vibes. Don’t miss out—bring your friends and let’s dance together!
This is a special class to support all of those who have survived breast cancer, and especially those who are still fighting. This class will be all variations of PINK! You know everything pinkaaaaa! (IF YOU CAN, there's no pressure. We are here to have fun!)
We have two times available: 5:30 am and 7:30 pm!
