Participants will learn how to preserve herbs, vegetables, and fruits using methods that support urban sustainability while reducing food waste.

The workshop highlights preservation as both a practical life skill and a meaningful way to honour the harvest of seasonal food traditions. Participants will learn to see seasonal produce in new ways while building confidence in preparing healthy meals at home. The session will explore food canning and drying methods.
