As summer begins to fade and the garden prepares for a new season, join us for an evening of preserving a little piece of what made this time of year special.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create botanical plaster casts using flowers, leaves, grasses, and other natural elements. We’ll explore how to capture the delicate textures and shapes of plants in plaster, creating dimensional pieces that preserve the beauty of the season long after the blooms have faded.
We’ll have a beautiful selection of flowers and botanicals available for you to work with, or you’re welcome to bring something from your own garden—a favorite flower, a climbing vine, a leaf from a meaningful tree, or anything else you’d like to remember.
There is something special about preserving the things that surround us. The garden that became your sanctuary. The flowers you planted in spring. The little corners of your outdoor space where you spent slow summer mornings and warm evenings.
Rather than simply photographing those memories, you’ll create something you can hold onto—and eventually bring into your home.

Materials Included & What to Bring:
Materials Provided: Plaster, casting materials, tools, and a selection of seasonal flowers and botanicals.
What to Bring: You’re welcome to bring a few flowers, leaves, or other botanicals from your own garden if you’d like to create something especially personal. Otherwise, we’ll have plenty waiting for you at TSC.
No previous experience is needed. All skill levels are welcome.
