What is The Bowen Technique?

Our Current Programme:

We have 2 weekly sessions currently running at Bay20 Community Centre.

Mondays from 12:30-2pm is donation based and open to all across London. This is a walk-in drop in and no online booking is required.

Tuesdays from 5-7pm is FREE for residents who live within 500m of Grenfell Tower. We are running a 9 week Pilot project. Our last session will be on Tuesday 7 July 2026.

Eligibility Criteria for Tuesdays:
