Join us every Wednesday morning from 7:00am – 7:45am in the Wellness Studio for an energising HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) hosted by Bethany!
These sessions are designed to boost your fitness, build strength, and increase energy levels — all before the day begins. The class is suitable for all abilities, and you’re encouraged to work at your own pace, making it a great option whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.
