Preparing For Great Sleep for You and Your Baby (NORTHWESTERN)

Dr. Daniel Weissbluth has been helping families around the world establish and maintain healthy child sleep for over a decade. Dr. Dan will teach expectant parents how to lay the groundwork for creating healthy sleep habits starting from the moment baby comes home.

Dr. Dan will review how to prepare the nursery, create a safe sleep environment, discuss the newborn sleep “landscape", debunk popular parenting myths, and take a Q&A.

Dr. Dan is the co-author of "Sleep Consult" with his father, Dr. Marc Weissbluth, also a pediatrician.
