The Cumberland County Public Health Department invites expectant parents to join our Childbirth Education Classes to learn more about pregnancy, labor and delivery, and preparing for life with a newborn. These classes offer helpful information, practical tips, and an opportunity to feel more confident as you prepare for your baby’s arrival.
Topics may include:
👶 Understanding labor and delivery
💙 Comfort measures and coping techniques during labor
🍼 Preparing for your baby’s arrival
💕 Newborn care and what to expect during the early days
🤱 Breastfeeding basics and available support
Whether you’re expecting your first baby or preparing to welcome another little one, we’re here to support you along the way!
