Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, whether you're completely new to yoga or have practiced before.

🤍 More than just yoga...
Our courses run in small, friendly groups, so you'll be with the same mums-to-be every week, giving you the opportunity to build genuine friendships and support each other throughout your pregnancy.
Each course also has its own private WhatsApp group, where everyone stays connected between classes. We regularly organize coffee mornings, brunches and dinners, and many of the friendships made in class continue long after the babies are born 🫶🏻
