About this Event
Pregnancy is a season of transformation and liminality. You are preparing your body for perhaps the biggest athletic event of your life. Yoga can support you along this journey, through the highs and the lows. In this class, we form a community with fellow pregnant folks while building the strength and mobility needed for childbirth. Come as you are: whether you are feeling nauseated, energetic, or ready for a nap, you will find care here.
Kyra taught yoga all throughout her pregnancy, learning to modify and slow down when necessary. This class design is inspired by the ways her own pregnant body both surprised and challenged her, while acknowledging that the variation in the perinatal experience is the rule and not the exception!
