Safe for all trimesters. Take a pause from the outside world and create space to connect with yourself and your baby. This intimate prenatal sound bath is an opportunity to slow down, settle into your body, and receive the restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls in a peaceful, supportive setting.
We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you arrive fully in the present moment before moving into an immersive sound experience designed specifically for pregnancy. As the bowls begin to play, allow yourself to release the day's responsibilities and simply receive.
You may notice your breath slowing.
Your body softening.
Your awareness turning inward.
And perhaps, a little more space to connect with the baby you're carrying.
No experience with meditation or sound therapy is necessary. Simply come as you are.
This is your time to pause, reconnect, and be held in the experience of motherhood—before birth.
What to Bring:
-Comfortable clothing
-Water
-Anything you need to feel cozy and supported
-A pillow or blanket if you have a favorite you'd like to bring
