Prenatal Relaxation – Body & MindTuesday 29th September | 6.00pm–7.30pm
Gentle movement, calming breathwork and deep relaxation to support you through pregnancy and help prepare your body and mind for birth, however that may be.
This 90-minute early evening session offers time to release physical tension, quieten your mind and connect with your baby, away from the noise and busyness of the outside world.
We begin with warm drinks, snacks and gentle arrival time, giving you space to settle, connect and leave the demands of the day at the door.
The structured session then weaves together:
• Gentle movement and stretching to release tension and improve comfort
• Pelvic floor connection, awareness and controlled release
• Calming breathwork and an understanding of how your breath can support you during pregnancy and birth
• A 30-minute guided deep relaxation to encourage calm, conserve energy and help your body become familiar with deep rest
Refreshments and a light snack is included.
This is not about intensity or performance.
It is about slowing down, understanding your body and preparing for the weeks and months ahead.
These sessions follow a consistent, reassuring framework, with different themes designed to support pregnancy, birth and early recovery. All types of birth are included and supported.
