Prenatal/Post Partum Yoga

Ashtiika will lead a nurturing sequence that will begin with supportive breathwork, followed by a series of hatha yoga poses that strengthen and tone the body, and finish with deep relaxation. There will be emphasis on pelvic floor exercises, nervous system regulation and body awareness through different stages of birth. Join the 4-week series to embody your divine feminine energy while also deeply connecting with your baby.
