The Motherhood Practice is thrilled to partner with the gym studio Ten Wellness for their upcoming Prenatal Pilates Course. Recognising that the journey to motherhood is better shared, Sarah will be hosting a Post-Class Social Gathering after every Tuesday session. As a community lead, founder, and mum of two, Sarah’s goal is to ensure you leave the course with a support group and 'village' to hang out with after birth. Stay for a cuppa and snacks to break the ice and build lasting connections!
