Comfort measures-medicated and unmedicated
C-section and vaginal birth
How to write a birth plan – and have an empowered birth
Postpartum care for Mom
Caring for your newborn, including bathing diaper, dressing, soothing and car seats
Feeding your newborn basics and your changing relationship as parents
Taught by an engaging Registered Nurse who will have you laughing and you will leave feeling prepared to welcome your baby!
