Our beautiful Pregnancy Yoga classes are so much more than gentle movement, they are a space to connect with your baby, prepare your body and mind for birth and find genuine community with other mamas on the same journey 💗You can join us from your first scan at around 12/13 weeks. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike, all postures are safe for pregnancy and we always offer modifications so you can adjust your practice to how you feel each week.
We always end with a beautiful, calming guided relaxation to aid sleep and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
