About this Event
Pregnancy loss can feel incredibly isolating, even when you’re surrounded by people who love you.
The Pregnancy Loss Community Circle was created as a space where you can connect with other women who understand this part of your life without needing to explain it.
This is a peer-to-peer community gathering centered on connection, shared understanding, and mutual support. Whether you're looking for a space to talk about your loss, connect with others who have similar experiences, or simply be around people who understand, you are welcome here.
There is no pressure to share your story. You can talk about your loss if you'd like, talk about something completely unrelated, listen, drink coffee, laugh, be quiet, or simply enjoy being in a room with others who have been through something similar.
While our gatherings are informal and conversational, we want everyone who wishes to share to have the opportunity to do so. We encourage everyone to be mindful of making space for others, listening without judgment, and allowing each person to participate in whatever way feels comfortable to them.
You don't have to be in therapy to deserve support, and you don't have to share your story to belong here.
Who is this circle for?
The Circle is open to women who have experienced pregnancy loss in any capacity, whether your loss was recent or many years ago.
We'll meet in a relaxed, welcoming setting with opportunities to connect naturally, share experiences, and build community with others who understand.
There is no expectation to have reached a particular place in your grief, and you don't need to come prepared with anything to say.
Come for connection. Share as much or as little as you want.
Community Guidelines & Important Information
Respect & Privacy
We ask all participants to respect one another's experiences, perspectives, and privacy. Please refrain from sharing identifying information, personal stories, or details about other attendees outside of the gathering without their permission.
While we encourage confidentiality and discretion, this is a peer community gathering rather than a confidential therapy group, and we cannot guarantee that information shared by participants will remain private. We encourage everyone to be mindful of what they feel comfortable sharing.
Participation & Sharing
Sharing is always optional. We ask participants to listen with compassion, avoid judgment or unsolicited advice, and be mindful of allowing others space to speak. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and everyone's experience deserves respect.
Adults Only
To maintain a supportive and considerate environment for all attendees, please do not bring children or infants to the gathering.
Not Therapy or Mental Health Treatment
The Pregnancy Loss Community Circle is a peer-to-peer community gathering and is not psychotherapy, group therapy, or a clinical support group.
The Circle is hosted by Celeste Celaya, a licensed professional counselor and founder of Wholehearted Counseling. However, participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship with the host or Wholehearted Counseling.
The Circle does not provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, or treatment and is not intended to replace individual therapy, professional mental health care, or other appropriate support services.
Help Us Shape This Community
As the Pregnancy Loss Community Circle continues to grow, I want to better understand what kinds of connection, resources, and support would be most meaningful to women navigating pregnancy loss.
Whether you're attending a Circle or simply looking for community, I'd love to hear from you.
If you're open to sharing, please take a few minutes to complete this brief, anonymous survey. Your feedback will help shape future gatherings, events, and opportunities for connection.
