During this two-hour workshop, Andre will introduce breathing techniques practiced by the yogis of India for thousands of years. You’ll explore the purpose behind each technique, experience the practices firsthand, and learn how intentional breathing can influence the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support your overall health.
