If you are ready to take your practice and/or teaching to the next level, and you are drawn to deepen your skills and knowledge of the Ashtanga-vinyasa yoga lineage, join us for either our 200- or 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, both beginning January 10, 2027. Lead teacher Jennifer Whipple holds a BA in Communications from MSU and is a Yoga Alliance ERYT-500, YACEP with 25 years of teaching experience and 30+ years of practice experience. Our 200-hour program is 3 months, meeting in modules twice a month (Fridays-Sundays) and off-week Sundays 1-6 pm, and Wednesdays, 7-9 pm. The 300-hour program will piggyback with the 200-hour, continuing on for 2 more months. Unlimited studio and online classes are included throughout the duration of the training, and we encourage you to practice 5 days a week. We will cultivate an understanding of Yoga Philosophy, Asana practice, alignment and assists, Pranayama and Kriya, Meditation, Anatomy and Physiology and practice teaching. The 300-hour class will refine and advance these studies with a deeper dive into philosophy, somatic movement and physiology, as well as the traditional Sanskrit count and energetic aspects of the practice. Guest teachers include Dr. Judith Carlisle, Professor of Yogic studies at Loyola Marymount, and Jimmy Smalley E-RYT 500, YACEP
