Title: Thanks Be to God: The Giver of VictoryThere is a victory that does not come from human effort, intelligence, or strength—it comes from God. It is a victory that is already secured, already settled, and already won through Jesus Christ.
The Bible boldly declares in 1 Corinthians 15:57:
“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Notice the word “gives.” Victory is not something you struggle to earn—it is a gift you receive. Through Jesus, we are not fighting for victory; we are living from victory.
At the cross, Jesus conquered sin. In the grave, He defeated death. And through His resurrection, He established eternal victory for all who believe (Romans 6:9). What once held humanity captive has been broken forever!
This is why the Scripture also says in Romans 8:37:
“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.”
You are not just surviving—you are more than a conqueror. No battle you face today is greater than the victory Christ has already secured for you.
Even when challenges arise, remember: the outcome has already been determined. 2 Corinthians 2:14 declares:
“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ…”
Always. Not sometimes. Not occasionally. Always. That means in every situation—spiritual, physical, financial, or emotional—God has made provision for your triumph.
But this victory is accessed through faith. You must believe it, speak it, and walk in it. For 1 John 5:4 says:
“This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”
So lift your voice in thanksgiving, even before you see the manifestation. Praise is the language of those who know the battle is already won.
Declaration:
I do not fight for victory—I walk in victory. Through Jesus Christ, I overcome every challenge, I triumph in every situation, and my life is a testimony of God’s power. Thanks be to God, who gives me the victory! Please like comment and share
