A Praise Pilates Experience
Meet us at sunrise on the Bimini Square docks for a morning of movement, worship, and connection on the water.
Check-in begins at 7:45 AM, giving you time to get settled, meet your Praise friends, and get ready before class begins.
We’ll start our morning with a 45-minute dockside Praise Pilates class, moving with intention while enjoying worship music and the peaceful waterfront atmosphere.
At Praise Pilates, we believe movement is about more than a workout. It’s an opportunity to nourish ourselves, honor the bodies God has given us, and create space to move with gratitude and intention.
After class, the morning continues on the water! We’ll step aboard the Big Tiki boat for a 90 minute worship cruise, where you can relax, connect with the Praise community, sip a complimentary mocktail, and take in the beauty around us.
Whether you come with friends or come on your own, this morning is about slowing down, being present, meeting new people, and making space for a moment with God.
Whether this is your first Pilates class or you’ve been practicing for years, all experience levels are welcome. People of all faiths and backgrounds, including those with no religious affiliation, are welcome. This experience includes worship music and faith-centered reflection; participation in any prayer or devotional portion is completely voluntary.
Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, encouraged, and full of joy.
Your ticket includes:
- 45-minute dockside Praise Pilates class
- Use of a Pilates mat & all equipment during class
- Worship cruise aboard the Big Tiki boat
- One complimentary mocktail on board
- A light snack to enjoy during the cruise
What to bring:
Water, sunscreen, and sunglasses! We recommend bringing anything else you may want to stay comfortable while we’re out on the water.
Attire:
Come in your favorite coastal-inspired activewear. think creams, whites, navy, soft blues, sandy neutrals, and other seaside tones.
