Prairie Song Alliance is proud to present the Prairie Song Folk Club, which makes its home at Edmonton's historic Bison Lodge. Here, we celebrate the very best of Alberta's music in a beautiful setting that will capture your heart and give you an unforgettable experience.
In April, PSFC welcomes Leanne Lightfoot, an artist whose raw, expressive vocals and deeply personal songwriting have made her one of Alberta's most captivating folk artists. Through songs of love and longing, the pull of the land, and the unseen threads that connect us, Leanne creates music that is both intimate and profoundly moving.Woven together with gentle humour and heartfelt stories, her performances invite audiences into moments of joy, sorrow, and quiet reflection, creating an evening that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.
Warming up the stage for Leanne will be Lainey Robi.
Lainey is an Edmonton-based singer-songwriter whose heartfelt blend of folk, pop, and indie music is shaped by honest storytelling and emotionally resonant songwriting. With a voice that balances vulnerability and strength, she creates intimate performances that connect deeply with audiences, establishing her as one of Edmonton's promising emerging artists.
