This all-day in-person workshop series is designed for working professionals who want to understand AI and use it effectively, without needing a technical background. The series combines AI Explained, a practical introduction to how AI works, its tools, opportunities, risks, and workplace impact, with the AI Learning Lab, a hands-on experience focused on prompting, real-world applications, and AI-supported workflows.

AI Learning Lab: Hands-on Practice with Prompts, Tools, and Workflows
Info: Bring a laptop and move from understanding AI to using it. In this hands-on Learning Lab, participants explore practical ways to use AI for everyday work, experiment with prompting and AI tools, and build AI-assisted workflows that combine human judgment with AI capabilities. Through guided demonstrations, exercises, and real-world applications, participants develop greater confidence using AI productively, thoughtfully, and responsibly.
