Join SAHA UK and Blu Planet Services Ltd for three practical training sessions designed to help community organisations use artificial intelligence (AI) safely, confidently and effectively.
Rather than just learning about AI, you will work on real tasks relevant to your organisation.
What will you learn?
Session 1 – Using AI safely and lawfully
Thursday 3 December 2026
Write your AI policy and complete a risk assessment. Know what your Microsoft or Google licence already gives you, and what must never be pasted in.
Session 2 – Monitoring and reporting
Thursday 10 December 2026
Turn your own raw data into a funder monitoring report, drafted in the room.
Session 3 – Funding bids, and being found
Thursday 17 December 2026
Answer a real application question in the funder's language, then make your group easy for funders to find online and to verify when they check.
Who can attend?
Six organisations. Two people from each.
Send someone who decides and someone who does the day-to-day admin.
If you can only send one person, come anyway.
Bring your own laptop or device.
No prior experience needed.
