Celebrate the opening of Differences and Samenesses: Jasper Johns Decoys with a special lecture by exhibition curator and Jasper Johns Study Center Fellow Jana La Brasca.
The lecture will offer insights into Johns’s iconic Decoy works, exploring themes of illusion, repetition, and hidden meaning. Discover how Johns challenges the way we see and interpret familiar images, inviting us to look closer at the subtle differences and similarities that shape his work.
Doors to the opening reception will open at 5 pm. Jana's talk will begin at 5:30 pm. Please join us prior for snacks and refreshments.
